Why book direct rather than on Airbnb?

Because you don't pay the platform's service fees. Same apartment, same host, same welcome: the saving goes to you. You deal directly with Oxana, by email or WhatsApp.

How does booking work?

Pick your dates and send a request from the Booking page. Oxana replies quickly (usually within the hour) with a personalised offer and payment details.

What are the check-in and check-out times?

Check-in from 4 pm, check-out by 11 am. Early check-in or late check-out may be possible depending on the cleaning schedule: just ask.

2 nights minimum at weekends, 4 nights minimum in July and August.

Where can I park?

The old town is pedestrian. Providence / Tresum car park is 300 m away (about €8.40 a day, free at night and on Sundays). The free Marquisats car park is 900 m away. Drop your bags first, then park.

Yes, pets are welcome. Just let us know in advance so we can get the apartment ready.

Is it noisy?

The apartments are right in the old town, which is lively in the evening, especially in summer. Windows have new double glazing and earplugs are provided. Off-season it's very quiet.

Is there air conditioning?

No: the building is in the listed old-town area, where outdoor AC units are not allowed. A tower fan and a ceiling fan are provided.

How do I get in?

Self check-in: you get the codes on the day you arrive, plus a video showing the way in. Both apartments are on the first floor, with no lift.

Yes, end-of-stay cleaning is included, as are sheets, towels and toiletries.

Le Faubourg has a travel cot, mattress and baby linen. Just mention it in your request.

There's a luggage locker (LOCKIN) a 6-minute walk from the apartments.

No. The apartments are strictly non-smoking (€300 deodorising fee if not respected) and parties are not allowed.

The train and bus station is a 15-minute walk away, through the old town.
