Hi, I’m Oxana! I’m an engineer by profession and I live in Annecy, France, a city I love to share with others.
I speak fluent French and English, which allows me to welcome guests from around the world in the best conditions.
What makes my place special? Its exceptional location near the lake and Annecy’s old town. Everything is within walking distance: the castle, the Pont des Amours, and the city’s best restaurants.

23 m² studio with a double bed (140 x 200) for 2 adults and a brand new sofa bed (120 x 200) added in July 2024, offering full comfort in the heart of the “Venice of the Alps.” 😎
🚿 Bathroom
Bath towels and sheets provided, along with bathroom essentials (soap, shower gel, shampoo, conditioner). The bathroom includes a hair dryer, direct lighting over the mirror, and a new ACOVA heated towel rack for optimal comfort. 🛁😊
🍳 Kitchen
Fully equipped kitchen with induction cooktop, fridge, microwave oven combo, washing machine, and drying rack. Includes everything you need for meals: toaster, Dolce Gusto coffee machine (free capsules), tea bags, kettle, citrus juicer, and raclette set for 4. Basic supplies provided (sugar, salt, pepper, oil, paper towels).

Iron and mini ironing board available. Slippers provided for extra comfort. Internet connection and smart TV with LED lighting effects (remote control available).
